Role & Responsibilities:
- Validate order as per the scope of work
- Network Config Mandatory attributes assignment and validation Required
- Coordinate with Order Managers to Finalize the exact scope before config build
- Review the network design shared by the design Team
- Built network config as per the scope and design
- Join customer edge device activation calls, lead the call and deploy the required device configuration
- Coordinating with L2 techs for complex issues
- Troubleshooting network issues and coordinating with various stakeholders
