Details Eligibility:
- We are looking for graduates(B.Com/BBA/B.Sc./BA) who are passed out from2021 & 2022 & 2023* batch only.
- Candidates must be willing to work for Non -Voice Process
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Provisional certificate/Degree Certificate is mandatory.
- Should be ready to work in Night Shift(US Shift)
- Should be ready to Work from Office
- Should have all mandatory documents for BGV proceedings

Role & Responsibilities:
- Follow all compliance and security measures relating to client data.
- Take action on process changes and updates and handle them with proper research.
- Adhere to process quality metrics and strive to exceed the monthly/annual quality & productivity targets.
- Adhere to process norms and structure.
- Ability to gather information via outbound calls to businesses within specific country locations.
- Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
- support users to make bookings/ reservations with various types of businesses
- work with great attention to detail/content review
- Have an extensive exposure to customer service
- Work in a rapidly changing environment
- Work with high profile tech/evolving AI
