Education Qualification:
- Under Graduates: B.Com/BA/BCA/B.Sc/BBM/BBA – 2024 Passed outs only.
- Experience: Freshers
Role & Responsibilities:
- Abstracting the Key information from the Lease Agreements and populating it into the client’s Application Software.
- Abstracting the critical data from the Multi-lingual Lease Documents and entering into the Lease Abstract Form.
- Analyzing the Lease Data and Financial information including CAM (Common Area Maintenance), Taxes, Insurance, and other Expense Recoveries.
- Desk Top Audit / Expense Reconciliation / Recovery Analysis for CAM, Taxes & amp Insurance and present the Audit Findings to the Management Team.
IMP Skilled Required
- Very good written English communication,
- Analytical and logical skills
- Attention to detail
Salary: Rs. 2.15 L/Annum (Including PF, ESI & Gratuity) (Take Home: Rs. 14,000 / Month)
Shift: Regular Shift Timings – 9 AM – 6 PM
Interview Process:
- Written Test (Accounting Test)
- One to One discussion (First Level)
- One-to-One Interview (Second Level)
Note: Only written test will happen in the walk-in. Remaining Interviews will happen virtually.
