Details Eligibility:
- Minimum HSC or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

- Handle inbound customer inquiries via multiple channels (voice, chat, email) related to travel bookings, including flights and hotels.
- Maintain a high standard of service quality, adhering to Expedia’s customer service guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring a positive and helpful interaction.
