Details Eligibility:
- BE/BTECH/BCA/MCA- Computer Science/IT candidates can apply.
- Year of Passing: 2022/2023 graduate can apply.
- Percentage: >60 in 10, 12th and Graduation is required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible to check the success Ratio of Major Application Using APM Tools
- Checking Various Dashboards from APM Tools and Updating Stakeholders for any impact.
- Providing First Level Analysis for Incidents.
- Creating report of P1 & P2 Incident.
- Keeping Track of Downtime and proactive Monitoring of Applications.
- Maintaining good relationship with clients and keeping updated about effective project delivery .
- Working with Team to smooth flow of Project and deliver effectively.
