Job Responsibilities:
- The applicant should have completed the Graduation
- Up to 27 years of age
- 2 wheeler and driving license is mandatory
- 0 to 12 months of work experience in any field
- Fluency in regional language
Program detail:
- 6 months of comprehensive paid training program
- Full-time absorption as Assistant Relationship Manager
- Joining CTC – Upto Rs. 3.2 LPA + Incentive
- Accelerated promotions to Territory Business Manager
- Hometown posting at Rupeek’s business locations
Role & Responsibilities:
- Ensure to bring in New Customers and maintain good relationships with existing customers for generating renewal & referral business.
- Resolving all customer doubts and questions while processing the loan.
- Participate in business development activities to improve the brand visibility of Rupeek Gold Loan in the catchment areas and to generate leads of prospective customers.
- To ensure 100% right valuation – capturing right cartage, proper stone deduction, avoid/ prevent spurious/unacceptable ornaments.
- Coordinate with the Manager and stakeholder for loan approval.
- Adhering to high ethical standards and complying with all the laid down processes/policies of Rupeek – KYC adherence. Verify customers KYC & complete online registration.
You Will Be Trained On:
- Lead generation
- Customer relationship management
- Gold Appraisal
- Stipend: Rs.10,000 – 11,000/- +1700 Travel allowance
Selection Process:
- Basic Aptitude Test (Online)
- Personal Interview (virtual/onsite).
