Reliance Industries Hiring Fresher 2024:

- Qualification: BE/ BTECH

Details Eligibility:
- Freshers with full-time B.Tech/B.E. degrees from any AICTE-approved institute, graduating in 2025, in the field of Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, Civil, Metallurgical or Instrumentation.
- Full-Time Engineering from AICTE-Approved Colleges: Pursuing full-time B.Tech/B.E. from AICTE-Approved colleges.
- Minimum CGPA / Percentage: Minimum 60% or 6 CGPA across 10th, 12th, and Diploma (if applicable) and a minimum aggregate of 60% or more in engineering (up to latest semester).
- No Active Backlogs and No Cases of Detention: Students who currently have active backlogs or have experienced academic detention are not eligible.
Job Description:
As part of GET 2025, the selected GETs will undergo a training program to build requisite competencies for targeted job roles. Confirmation into these roles will depend upon completing the training program and performance in the final assessments.

The GET program provides a launch pad for budding engineers by giving them training and exposure through a structured learning journey.

- Building Technical Capabilities through a structured Learning program (discipline-specific, cross-discipline and on-the-job).
- Making your career shine by leveraging growth opportunities available for young calibre engineers.
Annual Compensation:
IITs:
- On Joining Fixed Pay – INR 9.00 lakh per annum.
- Fixed Pay – INR 9.50 lakh per annum.
- Annual Cash Bonus – INR 1.05 lakh per annum.
Non IITs:
- On Joining Fixed Pay – INR 7.50 lakh per annum.
- Fixed Pay – INR 8.00 lakh per annum.
- Annual Cash Bonus – 0.88 lakh per annum.
Bonus: One-time deferred Bonus of INR 5 lakh on completion of two years post confirmation.
Selection Process:
- Shortlisted candidates from the screening round will go through the online assessment (Cognitive Test + Subject Matter).
- Please note that the assessment will take place in slots.
- Exact timings will be communicated to the shortlisted candidates.
- Shortlisted and verified candidates will be intimated about their interview schedule.
- Shortlisted candidates will appear for a physical interview with the RIL team at their designated interview centre. (Tentatively in Jan 2025)
- Candidates will receive a final update on their candidature. In case of any further shortlisting steps, the candidates will be kept informed. (Tentatively in Feb 2025)
