Details Eligibility:
- Validate order as per the scope of work
- Network Config Mandatory attributes assignment and validation
- Coordinate with Order Managers to finalize on the exact scope before config build
- Review the network design shared by the design team
- Built network config as per the scope and design
- Join customer edge device activation calls , lead the call and deploy the required device configuration
- Coordinating with L2 techs for complex issues
- Troubleshooting on network issues and coordinating with various stakeholders
Network Configuration:
- Telecom Domain/IT-related knowledge
- Good Verbal and Written Communication skills
- PC literate with good system navigation skills
- Understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong focus on delivering results in a team environment, working together to deliver the team’s objectives.
- Good Logical thought process
- CCNA Trained or CCNA trained + Certified
- SDWAN trained or SDWAN trained + Certified
