Details Eligibility:
- Year of Graduating - 2022 / 2023 / 2024
- Degree - B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Maximum Age Limit - DET - 26 years.
- Academics – 60% or equivalent CGPI in the 10th / 12th / Diploma in Engineering
- All exams should have been cleared in first attempt. No current or previous backlogs. No repeat year allowed.
- Domains - Mechanical / Civil / Metallurgy / Electrical / Chemical / Instrumentation / Ceramics / Fire & Safety / Air Conditioning & Refrigeration / Electronics & Telecommunication.
- Applicants should be domicile of Raigad District, Maharashtra, and should have a valid residence Domicile Certificate issued by the competent authority.
- The candidate should be medically fit, should not have any kind of colour blindness, and should not have any disability.
- Internship experience is a must. Internship completion certificate will be verified at the time of joining.

Responsibilities:
- Handling Operation of steel-making plants such as Pellet Plant, RMHS, Coke ovens, HSM, SMS, BF etc.
- Handling the maintenance of Mechanical & Electrical equipment on the shop floor.
- Completing all tasks set by the supervisor and assisting wherever possible.
- Observing existing strategies and techniques and offering suggestions for improvement.
- Conducting research and collating data.
- Traveling to different sites and gaining practical experience in new work zones.
- Working closely with staff to foster professional values and build good relationships.
- Observing health and safety guidelines at all times.
- Attending meetings and workshops.
- Submitting to all forms of evaluation during the traineeship.
- Compiling reports and delivering presentations to staff members and other stakeholders
