Customer Care Executives – for SUN NXT (inbound Process):
- Education: Graduation from any stream
- Languages: English-Tamil (Good Command in English is a mandate)
- Age: Between 20-30 Years
- Gender: Male and Female
- Experience: Experienced in International or Domestic BPO dominion.(1-3 Years)
- Experience in retention process or outbound b2b process (2-4 Years)
- Process-1: Call / Chat / Email (Voice and Non Voice Process)
- Process-2: Retention Process
- Shift: Day Shift: 9 am to 6 pm and 12 pm to 9 pm (6 days of working and one day rotational off)
- OB Process (Retention) Rs. 2.8 LPA to 3.6 LPA
Tele Calling Executives for Cherrinet:
- Education: +2, Graduation from any stream (Pass or Fail),
- Languages: English-Tamil
- Age: Between 20-30 Years
- Gender: Male and Female
- Experience: Experienced in International or Domestic BPO dominion.(1-3 Years) or freshers
- Process: Voice Process
- Shift: Day Shift and Evening Shift: 10pm to 7am (6 days of working and one day rotational off)
