Kalvium Hiring Fresher 2025:
- Job Role: Technical Mentor
- Qualification: ME/ MTECH
- Experience: 0 – 4 Years
- Salary: Rs. 5 – 8.5 LPA
- Location: Pune
Details Eligibility:
Technical Mentor(Assistant Professor)
- Qualification: Only From M.Tech/M.E-Computer Science /IT Background, No Other Qualification Will Be Considered
- Experience:- 0-4 Years in Academic/Education Industry
Responsibilities:
- This is a full-time, ongoing, onsite position and you will be responsible for the technical growth of a cohort of 40 high-potential students.
- You will embed in the campus: own the outcomes of students on all technical courses and projects. This includes programming, full stack development, OS, networks, etc. all of which are taught in a hands-on practical manner.
- You will lead multiple industry internships and MVPs utilising the growing skills of the students.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to students as they are stuck, based on the Kalvium mentorship framework.
Requirement:
- Language proficiency: excellent ability to communicate in English.
- Technical Requirements: Basic algorithmic coding knowledge in any one of the programming languages Python, C, C++, Javascript
- Strong passion for problem-solving and learning new technologies

- Up To 2 Years of Experience:- Up to 7.25LPA(6.25LPA Fixed+1LPA Variable)
- Up To 4 Years of Experience:- Up to 8.5LPA(7.5LPA Fixed+1LPA Variable)
