Savantis T&D Hiring Fresher 2025:
- Job Role: Service Desk
- Qualification: B.E/ B-Tech (CSE/ IT/ ECE / EEE / Civil / Mechanical / Instrumentation branches only) or BCA (Computers)/ B.Sc (Mathematics / Computers) graduates
- Batch: 2022/2023/2024
- CTC: INR. 2.22 LPA + Cab
- Location: PAN India (Client locations)
Details Eligibility:
- B.E/ B-Tech (CSE/ IT/ ECE / EEE / Civil / Mechanical / Instrumentation branches only) or BCA (Computers)/ B.Sc (Mathematics / Computers) graduates only.
- Only 2022/2023/2024 pass outs are eligible.
- Should have 60% and above in academics
- Should have all the Educational certificates
- Candidates should not have any academic backlogs currently.
- Level of Experience required: Freshers
- Good command in spoken & written English is mandatory.
Job Description:
- Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
- Research questions using available information resources.
- Advise users on appropriate action.
- Should know about SLA and severity/priority (Person should aware Incident and service request definition).
- Follow standard help desk procedures.
- Log all help desk interactions.
- Temp asset device allocation.
- Administer help desk software.
- Follow up with customers and users to ensure complete resolution of issues.
- Redirect problems to correct resource.
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
- Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions.
- Prepare activity reports in excel format.
Training Mode: Offline/Online
Duration: 4 - 6 weeks
Bond: Selected candidates should be willing to give bond for 12 months
