Required Skills:

  • Proficient in Written and Verbal English Communication: Capable of clearly expressing ideas and instructions both in writing and verbally.
  • Typing Speed and Accuracy: Able to type at a minimum speed of 25 words per minute with 95% accuracy.
  • Basic Excel Proficiency: Understanding of basic functions in Microsoft Excel, such as data entry and formula usage.
  • Relevant Work Experience: Previous experience related to the job role, which adds practical insights and enhances performance.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accurate and Timely Data Entry: Ensure all data entry operations are performed accurately and within the designated time frame.
  • Daily Documentation and Reporting: Record all transactions completed each day and submit daily reports to the team lead.
  • Metrics Collection Contribution: Play an active role in gathering and analyzing metrics related to various processes.
  • Positive Workplace Relationships: Foster and maintain positive, cooperative working relationships with colleagues.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common objectives.
  • Customer Communication: Swiftly address and resolve issues, questions, and concerns from both internal and external customers.
  • Rotational Weekly Off: Adhere to a rotational weekly off schedule.
