Job description:
Shift Timings - EMEA and Night Shifts Management
Level: Analyst and
Location: Pune
Exp: 0-3 yrs / Immediate Joiners / No active PF ACC is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform a inter-system reconciliation and track funds and make sure they are applied to appropriate transactions.
- Liaising with agents/counterparties/clients to solve queries and discrepancies related to the process.
- Timely escalating outstanding issues to Client Working in teams.
- Handling different stages of life cycles of financial products.
Basic Requirements:
- Keen attention to detail and ability to manage tight deadlines.
- Proficient in English communication.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent analytical and logical reasoning skills.
- Fundamental understanding of finance.
- Willingness to work fixed night shift

- Shift Timings:
- Evening: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
- Night: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM
Important Notes:
- No rotational shifts.
- Candidates with CFA or CMA qualifications are not eligible.
- Open to any graduates or postgraduates with strong finance knowledge.
- If you previously applied and either failed the test or were not shortlisted, you must wait three months before reapplying.
Requirements:
- Must have hard copies of graduation mark sheets and passing certificates.
- Must be willing to work from the office and be fully vaccinated (two doses).
- Must be comfortable with night shifts and agree to one-year training commitment.
