- 2-5 years of experience in customer success roles
Role & Responsibilities:
- Establish a customer advocacy program and identify satisfied customers to serve as advocates, engage with industry analysts, and participate in joint marketing efforts
- Foster positive product and brand reviews on prominent tech platforms
- Craft customer success stories from client interactions and promote them on social media
- Monitor and assess the impact of customer marketing initiatives, providing reports to key stakeholders
- Develop customer success strategies and best practices based on insights
